ការតាមដានបន្ទាប់ពីសិក្ខាសាលា គឺជាផ្នែកសំខាន់មួយនៃ គម្រោងជី ព្រោះវាអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យសិស្សសួរសំណួរ រំលឹកមេរៀនសំខាន់ៗ និងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍របស់ពួកគេ ដែលមានសុវត្ថិភាព និងមានការគាំទ្រ។ 🌸

ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ យើងបាននិយាយជាមួយក្មេងស្រីអំពីការប្រើប្រាស់ក្រណាត់អនាម័យ Days for Girls International និងស្តាប់ពីបទពិសោធន៍របស់ពួកគេ ក្នុងការថែរក្សាសុខភាព និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមប្រចាំថ្ងៃ បន្ទាប់ពីសិក្ខាសាលា។ វាពិតជាគួរឱ្យរំភើពណាស់ ដែលបានឮសិស្សានុសិស្សចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍របស់ពួកគេដោយបើកចំហ និងជួយគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។ 💕

A few months after our educational workshop at Don Sva Secondary School, we returned to reconnect with students and see how they were going 💙

Follow-up visits are an important part of Project G. They give students the opportunity to ask questions, revisit key lessons, and share their experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

During our visit, we spoke with girls about using their Days for Girls International menstrual Kits and discussed how they have been managing their health and daily challenges since the workshop. It was encouraging to hear students openly sharing their experiences and supporting one another.

Through continued follow-up and education, we aim to ensure students feel informed, confident, and supported long after the workshop ends. ✨

On the 13th, the Project G team delivered educational workshops to students at Bakong High School. A total of 195 female and 69 male students participated in sessions covering menstrual health, hygiene, puberty, and human trafficking awareness. At the end of the workshop, we distributed 196 sustainable menstrual Kits through Project G in partnership with Days for Girls International, helping students manage their periods with greater comfort, dignity, and confidence.

By educating students about human trafficking, we help build awareness, strengthen understanding of personal safety, and empower young people to speak up if they see concerning situations or need support themselves. Every girl deserves to feel confident, safe, and supported during her period. Through education and access to sustainable menstrual products, we are helping students stay healthy, stay in school, and continue their education with confidence.

World Blood Donor Day observed every year on 14th June to raise awareness about the importance of safe blood and to thank voluntary blood donors around the world 🩸

It’s a day that highlights one simple truth - a single donation can save multiple lives. Blood is needed in emergencies, surgeries, childbirth, cancer treatment, and for people living with chronic illnesses. Yet in many places, safe and regular blood supplies remain limited.

This day is also a reminder that donating blood is an act of community and solidarity - helping people we may never meet through one simple action.

For Project G, it is a reminder of the importance of health education, awareness, and breaking stigma around natural body processes. When communities have knowledge and support, healthier futures can be created for everyone. 💙

At Project G - Empowering Girls, we believe menstruation should never be a barrier to education, confidence, or opportunity. Through our educational workshops, we empower girls with knowledge, confidence, and support because every menstruator deserves comfort, dignity, and the ability to thrive. 💙

Today is Cancer Survivors Day, a day recognised around the world to celebrate and honour people who have experienced cancer.

It is an opportunity to recognise their strength, courage, and resilience, while also acknowledging the support of families, friends, and communities who stand beside them. 💙

Through Project G activities, we also support young people by providing education around reproductive health, cervical cancer awareness, and understanding their bodies, helping students build knowledge and healthy habits from an early age.

Today, we recognise the strength of survivors and the hope and inspiration they continue to bring to others.

We are grateful to have been part of documenting this journey and seeing the meaningful impact this project has created for girls, teachers, and communities across Cambodia. ✨🌸🩷
