ππ 2nd St. Clair "Bumpy" Morris Spelling Bee Competition ππ
Our school community was delighted to host the 2nd St. Clair "Bumpy" Morris Spelling Bee Competition, featuring the top six (6) spellers from Kindergarten, Grades 1β2, Grades 3β4, and Grades 5β6. The competition showcased the exceptional talent, preparation, and confidence of our 24 outstanding spellers.
A special thank you to Mr. St. Clair "Bumpy" Morris and his family for their continued support, generosity, and commitment to promoting literacy among our students. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our dedicated staff for their service and sacrifices in preparing our students, and to our parents and guardians for their unwavering support and encouragement.

Congratulations to our Netball Team on an outstanding season! ππ
Our girls demonstrated determination, teamwork, and resilience as they won all of their games in their zone and advanced to the quarterfinals. Although they were unsuccessful in progressing further, we are incredibly proud of their hard work, sportsmanship, and commitment throughout the competition.
We applaud their efforts and the way they represented Halliday-Smith Primary School with pride and excellence. We wish them continued success in their future sporting endeavours.

Our Grades 3β6 students and staff enjoyed a refreshing early morning excursion from Cayon to Bayfords and back to the school. The walk provided an excellent opportunity to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles while enjoying the beauty of our surroundings.

Congratulations to our outstanding student, Cherika Flemming, who proudly represented St. Kitts and Nevis at the Junior Tennis Tournament in Barbados and also participated in an Exhibition Tennis Tournament held in honour of our nation's only living National Hero, Sir Kennedy Simmonds.
Cherika continues to demonstrate dedication, discipline, and excellence both on and off the court. We are incredibly proud of her achievements and wish her continued success as she represents our school and country with pride.

Our Grade 6 students recently participated in a rewarding Bay Cleanup at Irish Town Bay alongside a member of the St. Kitts and Nevis Youth Summit Organisation. This hands-on activity encouraged environmental stewardship, civic responsibility, and pride in keeping our community clean and beautiful.
