👀 Fresh Eyes Friday became S**t Happens Saturday.
And honestly? That's part of the practice.
Fresh Eyes Friday is a simple reflection practice:
Instead of asking,
"Why didn't I get everything done?"
Ask:
"What happened?"
"What can I learn?"
"What would I do differently next time?"
Curiosity creates more growth than criticism ever will.
Life isn't a straight line.
Plans change.
Things get missed.
The goal isn't perfection.
The goal is learning, adjusting, and moving forward with compassion.
Because one imperfect day doesn't define your week.
💙 What are you looking at with fresh eyes this week?
Her For Her
In 2003, everything changed. My husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and in an instant, life as I knew it shifted. The world paused—but I didn’t.
Her For Her® teaches proactive compassion as care before crisis — a lifestyle practice that builds support into daily life for the body, brain, gut, self-talk, relationships, and real life.
✨Fully human. 💫Fully here. Instead of collapsing under the weight of fear, I turned to something that had always grounded me: learning. I immersed myself in neuroscience, treatment options, and the intricate de
Fresh Eyes Friday 👀
Most of us spend the week in the middle of the story.
Reacting.
Problem-solving.
Trying to keep up.
Then Friday arrives and we're already thinking about next week.
But sometimes a little distance changes everything.
What challenged you?
What surprised you?
What taught you something?
Same week. Different perspective.
This week, I learned that sometimes the lesson isn't visible until you stop long enough to look for it.
Your turn.
What's one thing you see differently today than you did on Monday?

A photo collage of all the things I worked on this week. 🫶✨
The website.
Branding.
Content planners.
Tiny details that probably look unhinged to other people but matter deeply to me. 😅
A lot of “wait… move that 2 pixels left.”
A lot of coffee.
A lot of “this needs to feel more alive.”
Because Her For Her was never supposed to feel polished and perfect.
It’s supposed to feel honest.
Light.
Human.
Like a place women can finally exhale a little.
Also… turns out building something meaningful takes approximately 47 emotional support redesigns. Cute. 🐉✨

Fully human women.
Not perfect.
Not performing.
Not shrinking to make everyone else comfortable.
Women are allowed to be whole.
Joyful.
Tired.
Curious.
Angry.
Healing.
Learning.
Laughing.
Questioning.
Becoming.
More truth.
More joy.
More life.
Because honestly?
Shrinking was boring anyway.
So here’s the question:
What part of you did you shrink so everyone else could stay comfortable?
Garden update part 2 🌱
Leave any gardening advice or encouragement in the comments 🌱✨
This little garden has been teaching me so much about patience.
Not everything blooms right away. Some things need more time. More sunlight. More care. More learning. More trying again.
A few things didn’t make it… and honestly, I almost gave up 😂
But then something tiny starts blooming and reminds you: growth is still happening, even when you can’t fully see it yet.
Maybe we’re a little like gardens too.
Keep showing up. Keep nurturing yourself. Keep believing something beautiful can still grow here.

Garden update part 1 🌱
My garden has taught me a lot about growth 🌱
Mostly that you can research everything, buy the good soil, follow the directions… and things will still die 😂
But honestly?
Healing is kind of the same.
Sometimes it’s not failure.
Sometimes you just need:
more light,
less pressure,
better boundaries,
and a little more time.
Not everything blooms the first season.
Including people.

Pause. Breathe. Check in. ✨
In the middle of the busy, the scrolling, the doing, and the giving… don’t forget YOU. 💛
Take a moment today to ask yourself:
🌿 How am I really feeling?
🌿 What do I need right now?
🌿 What can I let go of?
Your mind deserves rest.
Your heart deserves care.
And you deserve a moment to simply be. 🤍
Drop a 🌞 in the comments if you’re choosing yourself today.

Not everyone gets this version of me.

Gardening +workout = peace & happiness 😊
My workouts help me manage my ADHD- it's a tool my parents taught me in elementary school. It's the primary way I regulate my energy- trust me when I say- I have enough energy to light up a small town. Today was challenging- but I persevered and didn't give up on myself!
