Does your toddler say “NO!” to everything lately? 😅

Sometimes it’s not about being “difficult” —
little children naturally want independence and control 🧠

Instead of giving only commands, try offering 2 simple choices:

👕 “Blue shirt or red shirt?”
🪥 “Walk to the bathroom or hop like a bunny?”

This helps your child feel included instead of controlled 🤍

When a toddler is screaming, our natural instinct as parents is to match their volume so they can hear us over their own noise. 😫

But a toddler's brain in a meltdown is in "fight or flight" mode. Yelling back just sounds like a threat, making the tantrum worse.

By dropping your volume to a calm, steady whisper, you do two powerful things:

Pattern Interrupt: You break the shouting match cycle.
