සුබ අලුත් අවුරුද්දක් වේවා!!!

සිංහල සහ දෙමළ අලුත් අවුරුද්ද ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සමරනු ලබන වැදගත්ම සංස්කෘතික උත්සවවලින් එකකි. එය සාමාන්‍යයෙන් අප්‍රේල් මාසයේදී සිංහල සහ දෙමළ ප්‍රජාවන් දෙපිරිසගේම සාම්ප්‍රදායික අලුත් අවුරුද්ද සනිටුහන් කරන අතර නව ආරම්භයන්, සමෘද්ධිය සහ එකමුතුකම සංකේතවත් කරයි. සැමරුමට සාම්ප්‍රදායික ආහාර පිළියෙල කිරීම, සුබ වේලාවක ලිප් දැල්වීම සහ සංස්කෘතික චාරිත්‍ර වාරිත්‍ර හා ක්‍රීඩා වල නිරත වීම ඇතුළත් වේ. පවුල් එකට එකතු වී සතුට බෙදා ගැනීමට සහ බැඳීම් ශක්තිමත් කිරීමට කාලය මෙයයි, පරම්පරා ගණනාවක් පුරා පැවත එන සම්ප්‍රදායන්ට ගරු කරමින්.

ඔබට සහ ඔබේ පවුලේ අයට සතුට, සමෘද්ධිය සහ සාර්ථකත්වයෙන් පිරුණු ප්‍රීතිමත් සිංහල සහ දෙමළ අලුත් අවුරුද්දක් ප්‍රාර්ථනා කරමු.

Highlights of the event

We held a Chinese New Year workshop for Grade 6 and Grade 7 students to celebrate the festival in a fun and educational way. The students enjoyed learning about Chinese New Year and took part in cultural activities, including making traditional Chinese dumplings. We sincerely thank the teachers from the Kelaniya University Confucius Classroom for their support in making this workshop successful, and we also appreciate the enthusiastic participation of all the students.

මැදින් පොහොය දිනය මාර්තු මාසයේ යෙදී ඇති අතර බුද්ධත්වයට පත්වීමෙන් පසු බුදුන් වහන්සේ තම උපන් ගම වන කපිලවස්තුවට කළ පළමු සංචාරය සනිටුහන් කරයි. මෙම දිනයේදී, බුදුන් වහන්සේ තම පියා වන සුද්ධෝදන රජු සහ රාජකීය පවුලේ අනෙකුත් සාමාජිකයින් හමුවීමට නැවත පැමිණියහ. මෙම සංචාරයේදී, ඔහුගේ පුත් රාහුල ඇතුළු ඔහුගේ ඥාතීන් බොහෝ දෙනෙක් බෞද්ධ ශාසනයට ඇතුළත් වූහ. මෙම සිදුවීම අනුකම්පාව, සමාව දීම සහ තමන්ගේම පවුල අතර පවා ප්‍රඥාව පතුරුවා හැරීමේ වැදගත්කම පෙන්නුම් කරයි.
මැදින් පොහොය බෞද්ධයන්ට නිහතමානීකම සහ සමානාත්මතාවය මතක් කර දෙයි.

බුදුන් වහන්සේ කුමාරයෙකු ලෙස උපත ලැබුවද, උන්වහන්සේ රාජකීය සුඛෝපභෝගීත්වය වෙනුවට සරල බව සහ අධ්‍යාත්මික පිබිදීමේ මාර්ගය තෝරා ගත්හ. කපිලවස්තුවට කළ ඔහුගේ සංචාරයෙන් පෙන්නුම් කළේ සැබෑ ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨත්වය ලැබෙන්නේ බලයෙන් හෝ ධනයෙන් නොව ප්‍රඥාව සහ කරුණාවෙන් බවයි.

මෙම දිනයේදී, බැතිමතුන් පන්සල්වලට පැමිණේ, සිල් සමාදන් වෙති, භාවනා කරති, ධර්ම දේශනාවලට සවන් දෙති, බුදුන්ගේ ඉගැන්වීම් ගැන මෙනෙහි කරති. එය සාමකාමී සහ අධ්‍යාත්මික දිනයක් වන අතර එය මිනිසුන් තම දෛනික ජීවිතයේදී ඉවසීම, ගෞරවය සහ සිහිකල්පනාව ප්‍රගුණ කිරීමට දිරිමත් කරයි. 🌸🙏
