2026 Advanced Level Admissions are now open at Methodist College.

Applications are invited for Grade 12 admissions under both the Local and Edexcel Curricula. Students who sat for the G.C.E. O/L Examination 2025 or the IGCSE Examination 2026 are eligible to apply, pending the release of their final results. A minimum of 6 A passes is required for consideration. Application forms can be obtained by emailing [email protected]. Completed applications, together with all supporting documents, must be submitted on or before 12.00 noon on 30 June 2026. 160 Years - One Story, Many Voices

As Methodist College celebrates 160 years of excellence, tradition and community, we invite all Old Girls to take part in our Alumni Focus initiative, designed to bring together past and present generations of MC-ites.

This programme provides an opportunity for alumni to return to school and share their stories with current students during General Assembly. Whether your memories are from recent years or decades ago, your experiences, achievements, and reflections can inspire and encourage the next generation as they embark on their own journeys.

Let’s celebrate the rich legacy of our school, while preserving the stories and values that have shaped our community, and strengthening the bonds that connect generations of our girls.

The Shanthi Peiris Memorial Debating Championship 2026 will take place from 19th – 21st June at Methodist College, bringing together passionate debaters in a celebration of critical thinking, eloquence, and healthy competition.

Over the past month, participants of our Post O/L Workshop Series explored a diverse range of topics, including culinary skills, personal grooming and self-care, tie-dye art, mindfulness, career guidance, entrepreneurship, and first aid.

Designed to inspire creativity, build confidence, and equip students with practical life skills, each session offered valuable experiences beyond the classroom. From discovering new passions to developing essential skills for the future, it has been a month filled with learning, growth, and unforgettable memories. This was what education looks like at Methodist College.
