This Poson week, our little Play Group children learned about a very special symbol in Buddhism — the Bo Leaf 🍃💛.

Every big learning journey begins with a small step. By introducing simple concepts and sparking curiosity, we encourage children to ask questions, explore, and discover more about Buddhism, the significance of Poson, and the rich cultural heritage of our country. 🇱🇰🙏

🌹🙏 St. Anthony’s Feast Day Blessings 🙏🌹

Today was a truly special and devotional moment for all of us at St. Anthony’s Childcare & Preschool as we welcomed our beloved St. Anthony while the feast procession passed through our area.

With grateful hearts, we pause to thank St. Anthony for the countless blessings bestowed upon our childcare family throughout the years. What began as a humble dream with just one small room and two children has, through God’s grace and St. Anthony’s intercession, grown into a beautiful center filled with the laughter and learning of 40 wonderful children.

Every step of this journey has been a blessing. Through this mission, we have been able to support working parents, provide meaningful employment opportunities, and help shape the lives of young children through love, care, and education.

The growth, the success, the opportunities, and the daily miracles we experience are not achievements we take credit for ourselves. They are blessings that have been poured upon us through faith, dedication, and the loving guidance of our dear St. Anthony.

As long as there is breath in our bodies, we will continue this mission of serving others, enhancing lives, nurturing children, supporting families, and bringing glory to our Almighty Lord.

Dear St. Anthony, thank you for walking beside us every day, for protecting our children and families, and for blessing this humble mission beyond what we ever imagined possible.

Yet, the passion and devotion with which he sings our Poson Bakthi Gee has truly touched our hearts. 💙

A beautiful reminder that respect, understanding, and appreciation for one another’s cultures and beliefs can begin at a very young age.
