ළමයින්ට ‘No’ කියන්න උගන්වන්න.🚨
අපේ සමාජයේ තාමත් ගොඩක් දරුවන්ට උගන්වන්නේ:
“ලොකු අය කියන දේ අහන්න” කියලා.
හැබැයි අද කාලේ, ඒකට වඩා වැදගත් lesson එකක් තියෙනවා.
👉 “Uncomfortable situation එකකදී NO කියන්න" කියලා දරුවන්ට උගන්වන එක.
බොහෝ child abuse cases වලදී, දරුවන් silent වෙන්නේ:
• බය නිසා
• ලැජ්ජ නිසා
• “මම වැරදිද?” කියලා හිතන නිසා
• විශ්වාසවන්ත වැඩිහිටියෙක් සම්බ්න්ධ නිසා
ඒ නිසා දෙම්ව්පියන් දරුවන්ට කියලා දෙන්න,
✅ තමන්ගේ Body එක තමන්ගේ කියලා
✅ Uncomfortable Touch එකක් (අපහසු වෙන ස්පර්ශයක්) නම් “NO” කියන්න කියලා
✅ රහස් වසන් කරන්න එපා කියලා
✅බය නැතුව දෙමව්පියන් එක්ක කතා කරන්න කියලා
✅තමන්ගේ ආරක්ෂාව අංක එක කියලා
✅ හදුනන, නාදුනන මිනිස්සුන්ගෙන් පරිස්සම් වෙන්න
📌 ලමයින්ට තේරුම් කරලා දෙන්න,
👉 ගෞරවය කියන්නේ අන්ධ විශ්වාසය නෙවෙයි
👉 තමන්ගේ ආරක්ෂාව අංක එක කියලා
දෙමව්පිනි:
❤️විනිස්චය නොකර මුලින් ඇහුම්කන්දෙන්න
❤️ලමයි එක්ක සබදතාවය ගොඩනගන්න
❤️ලමයින්ගේ හැසිරීමේ වෙනස්කම් හදුනගන්න
මතක තියාගන්න, දැනුවත්වීම ලමයින්ගේ ජිවිත බේරගන්නවා,
සුරක්ෂිත ළමා කාලය නිරෝගී වැඩිහිටියන් බිහි කරනවා,
මේක සංවේදී News එකක් විදිහට Share කරනවට වඩා,
Awareness එකක් විදිහට Spread කරන්න.
