An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and target driven Specialist, HR to manage high volume recruitment, cohort hiring, niche talent sourcing, campus partnerships, and recruitment operations.

This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong bulk hiring experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver large hiring volumes within tight timelines.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will manage end to end recruitment across annotation, AI training, data operations, and specialist roles while maintaining strong talent pipelines and recruitment reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bulk and high volume recruitment campaigns
• Plan cohort hiring aligned with project ramp ups
• Deliver weekly and monthly hiring targets
• Source Subject Matter Experts across specialized domains
• Build pipelines for AI training, annotation, and LLM related roles
• Develop university and training institute partnerships
• Coordinate campus hiring events and talent outreach
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, metrics, and hiring reports
• Improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment processes

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of recruitment experience
• Strong exposure to bulk hiring, BPO, KPO, or data operations recruitment
• Proven ability to hire large candidate volumes within tight timelines
• Experience hiring 500 to 1,000+ candidates will be highly preferred
• Campus recruitment experience will be an advantage
• Strong communication, analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, target driven environment
