🥗🍳 Learning Healthy Eating Through Hands-On Fun! 🍚
Our Primary Section students enjoyed an exciting and educational activity on balanced diets by preparing their very own healthy meals. The children worked together to make a fresh vegetable salad and a delicious egg fried rice, learning about the importance of including different food groups in their daily meals.
Through this practical experience, our young learners discovered how a balanced diet provides the nutrients, energy, and vitamins needed for healthy growth, active learning, and overall well-being.
