The Botho University Lesotho SRC has successfully completed a three-day First Aid Training programme, equipping student leaders with life-saving skills to respond confidently during emergencies. From CPR and wound care to fracture management and emergency response procedures, participants gained valuable hands-on experience that will help create a safer campus community.

● Masters Degree in Business Management or related field.
● Minimum of 5 years’ progressive admissions experience.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀:

● Responsible for overseeing all activities within the Admissions Department including but
not limited to the following: Student recruitment and enrolment at all campuses starting
from enquiry to enrolment; communication with stakeholders; submission of invoices to
sponsors and ensuring timely payment.
● Provide guidance to the managers with regard to the budget preparation in the
departments and ensuring the budget is submitted timely for approval to the Assistant
Dean and strictly adhered to.
● Provide guidance to the teams under her supervision with regards to QMS issues in the
department.
● Provide guidance to the team members in the preparation of management reports and
timely submission.
● Manage administrative operations including finance, HR, Staff training and development.

Botho University students, Ms. Masegonyana Arona Kabasia and Ms. Thatayaone Seepo, recently completed a semester in Sweden through a student exchange programme at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, one of the world's top 100 universities.

While at KTH, the two Master's students pursued studies in Curriculum Design and Instruction and Higher Education, gaining valuable international experience and broadening their academic perspectives.

At Botho University, students have access to opportunities for international exposure and exchange programmes, empowering them to develop global competencies, embrace diverse cultures, and prepare for success in an interconnected world.

The event featured Mr. Kuena Makhetha, Senior Customer Consultant at Lesotho PostBank, a valued Botho University partner through an existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). His insights provided valuable perspectives on navigating today's competitive job market, overcoming employment challenges, and developing the soft skills, values, and entrepreneurial mindset required for long-term success.

Designed as an intimate engagement platform, the Alumni Recognition Lunch is aimed to strengthen professional networks, enhance employability, and celebrate the achievements of our graduates while fostering stronger connections between alumni and industry stakeholders.
