Hierarchy and Roles in the Dojo

🥋 Shihan (師範) – Master Instructor & Leader

The leader and main teacher who guides the dojo with wisdom, experience, and example. A Shihan not only teaches techniques, but also shapes the character of the students.

🥋 Sensei (先生) – Teacher & Mentor

A teacher who teaches, guides, and inspires students both inside and outside the dojo. A Sensei serves as a role model on the journey of learning martial arts.

🥋 Sempai / Senpai (先輩) – Senior Student & Role Model

Senior students who help, support, and guide juniors. They serve as a bridge between the teacher and new students.

🥋 Kohai (後輩) – Junior Student & Learner

Junior students who are eager to learn, practice, and improve. With respect and perseverance, Kohai strives for greater heights.

Shizoku သင်တန်းကို ယခင် Hlaing Dojo အမည်ဖြင့် 2006 ခုနှစ်တွင် စတင်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ 2019 ခုနှစ်တွင် IKAK Myanmar Shizoku Branch အမည်ဖြင့် ပြောင်းလဲဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ Shizoku Branch ၌ လက်ရှိအချိန်တွင် YUSC Dojo လှိုင်မြို့နယ် , MKTH Dojo လှိုင်မြို့နယ် , ACE Dojo မြောက်ဒဂုံမြို့နယ်, Peace Dojo အင်းစိန်မြို့နယ် စသည့်အမည်များဖြင့် သင်တန်းခွဲ ၄ ခု ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားပါသည်။ Shizoku Branch မှ ပထမ မျိုးဆက်သစ် ခါးစည်းအနက်ကို 2012 တွင် ပထမဦးဆုံးမွေးထုတ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ 2021 တွင် ဒုတိယ မျိုးဆက် မြေးတပည့် များထပ်မံ မွေထုတ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထိုမြေးတပည့်များမှတဆင့် ယခု 2026 တွင် တတိယ မျိုးဆက်သစ်မြစ်တပည့် လူငယ်‌‌ေလးများမွေးထုတ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါပီ။ 2030 ခုနှစ်ကျော်တွင်လည်း မြစ်တပည့်များမှတဆင့် စတုထ္ထ မျိုးဆက်သစ် တီ၊တွတ်၊ကျွတ်တပည့် ခါးစည်းအနက်များ ထပ်မံမွေးထုတ်ပေးနိုင်မည်ဟု ယုံကြည်ထားပါသည်။

မှတ်ချက်
Shizoku Branch မှ Dojo များအားလုံးရှိ သင်တန်းသားများကို လေ့ကျင့်ချိန် 4နှစ် နှင့်အထက် ရှိမှသာခါးစည်းအနက် ဖြေဆိုခွင့်ပေးပါမည်။ ခါးစည်းအနက် ဖြေဆိုသော သင်တန်းသားများအားလုံး အသက် 15 နှစ်နှင့်အထက်ရှိမှသာ ခါးစည်းဖြေဆိုခွင့်ပြုပါမည်။ ခါးစည်းအနက် ဖြေဆိုသူများအားလုံး သည်လည်း 100% အောင်ခွင့်ပေးမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
