မေမေတို့၊ ဖေဖေတို့ရေ... ဒီနေ့ အိမ်သုံးပစ္စည်းလေးတွေနဲ့ မူကြိုကလေးငယ်တွေရဲ့ မော်တာ (လက်ချောင်းလေး/ခြေလက်သန်မာမှု)၊ သိမြင်မှု (တွေးခေါ်မှု) နဲ့ လူမှုရေး (စကားပြော/ဝေမျှမှု) တိုးတက်စေမယ့် ကစားနည်း (၃) မျိုးကို မျှဝေပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။

၁။ အာရုံခံပုံး (Sensory Bin)： ဆန်၊ ပဲ၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ရေထဲကို ဇွန်း၊ ခွက်လေးတွေထည့်ပေးပါ။ လက်နဲ့စစ်၊ ဇွန်းနဲ့ခပ်ရင်း အာရုံကြောနဲ့ လက်ကိုင်မော်တာ ကောင်းလာမယ်။
၂။ လှုပ်ရှားမှုဂိမ်း (Movement)： ကြမ်းပြင်ပေါ် ကြိုး (သို့) စာရွက်တန်းစီကပ်ပြီး "ခုန်၊ လမ်းလျှောက်၊ ချော်လဲ" လုပ်စေပါ။ ဟန်ချက်ညီမှုနဲ့ ခန္ဓာကိုယ်သိမြင်မှု ရင့်ကျက်လာစေတယ်။
၃။ အနုပညာ (Arts & Crafts)： ကြက်ဥဗူးခွံ ဒါမှမဟုတ် စက္ကူဟောင်းတွေကို ဆေးရောင်စုံခြယ်ပြီး ပန်းပုလုပ်ပါ။ စိတ်ကူးဉာဏ်နဲ့ လက်ချော့မော့မှု တိုးတက်စေတယ်။

👉 ဒီလိုကစားနည်းလေးတွေက သင်ယူမှုကို နေ့စဉ်ပျော်ရွှင်မှုနဲ့ ပေါင်းစပ်ပေးထားလို့ ကလေးတွေ ငြီးငွေ့မခံစားရဘူးနော်။

သင့်ကလေးအတွက် အခုပဲ စမ်းကြည့်ပြီး "ဘယ်ကစားနည်းက အကြိုက်ဆုံးလဲ" ဆိုတာ Comment မှာ ပြန်ပြောပေးလို့ရပါတယ်။ဒီ Post ကို Save ထားပြီး အိမ်မှာ လိုက်လုပ်ကြည့်ဖို့ Share လည်းလုပ်သွားနော်။ ❤️
