Ballet အကဆိုတာ အတွက် လှပတင့်တယ်မှု (Posture) တစ်ခုတည်းကိုသာ သင်ပေးတာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ သီချင်းသံစဉ်နဲ့အညီ ခြေလှမ်းတွေကို စနစ်တကျ လှုပ်ရှားရတဲ့အတွက် ကြွက်သားတွေရဲ့ ဟန်ချက်ညီမှုနဲ့ ကိုယ်လက်ကျန်းမာရေးကို များစွာ အထောက်အကူပြုပါတယ်။
