Quality Management in Construction ,Module 1, led by Prof. Bonaventura H.W Hadikusumo introduced students to the fundamental concepts of achieving and maintaining quality throughout the construction project lifecycle.

During this session, students completed an interactive class exercise that explored Quality in Construction ,Quality in Constructed Projects, and the principles of Quality Management in Construction.

Through case-based discussions and practical activities, students examined common quality challenges, the causes of defects, stakeholder expectations, and strategies for delivering high-quality construction outcomes.

The session also emphasized Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), continuous improvement, compliance with standards, project performance, client satisfaction, risk management, defect prevention, inspection, and construction best practices.

The Online EET is designed to measure applicant’s academic essay writing skills 60 minutes test. The writing score is given on a scale of 1 to 9. The minimum entry requirement is 5.

ဒီဘာသာရပ်မှာ ကျောင်းသားများဟာ Arousal Software ကို အသုံးပြုပြီး ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးကုမ္ပဏီတစ်ခုကို လက်တွေ့လုပ်ငန်းခွင်နဲ့ နီးစပ်တဲ့ ပုံစံအတိုင်း စီမံခန့်ခွဲလေ့ကျင့်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

Simulation မှတစ်ဆင့် အမှန်တကယ်လုပ်ငန်းခွင်နှင့်ဆင်တူသည့် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် Project Planning၊ Tender တင်ခြင်း၊ လူအင်အားနဲ့ ပစ္စည်းအရင်းအမြစ်များ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း၊ ငွေကြေးစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု၊ အန္တရာယ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုနဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များကို ကိုယ်တိုင်ချမှတ်ပြီး လက်တွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံ ရရှိခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။

CE 70.9010 – Construction Business and Project Simulation

In this course, students gained practical experience in managing a construction company through the Arousal Simulation Software.
Simulation provided a realistic business environment where students made strategic decisions related to project planning, bidding, resource allocation, financial management, risk management, and overall business operations.

By participating in the simulation, students developed a deeper understanding of how managerial decisions influence project performance, profitability, and long-term business sustainability. The course strengthened their decision-making, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while preparing them to manage real-world construction businesses and projects effectively.

🏗️ 𝐌𝐏𝐌 AUGUST 2025 INTAKE 𝐅𝐈𝐄𝐋𝐃 𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐏 – 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃

As part of the Thailand Field Trip, our MPM students visited a Precast Concrete Manufacturing Plant and a Metro Project on 4 June 2026.

🏭 Students gained first-hand insights into precast production processes, quality control, and logistics management in modern construction.

🚆 At the metro project site, students explored large-scale infrastructure project delivery, construction coordination, safety management, and real-world project challenges.

💡 The visit provided an excellent opportunity to bridge classroom knowledge with industry practice and learn from advanced construction and infrastructure projects in Thailand.

🏗️ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးနယ်ပယ်မှာ ထိပ်တန်း Project Manager တစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်လာဖို့ဆိုရင် ခိုင်မာတဲ့ စာတွေ့၊ လက်တွေ့ အသိပညာတွေအပြင် နိုင်ငံတကာအသိအမှတ်ပြု ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုရှိဖို့က မရှိမဖြစ်လိုအပ်ပါတယ်
