🚨 Summer School Reminder ☀️🐝

As we enter the final stages of preparation for BeeSmart Summer School, we would like to kindly remind parents that the deadline for requesting changes to applications was 1st May.

We understand that circumstances can change, however each amendment impacts much more than a single registration. Changes affect children’s class schedules, staff schedules, transport arrangements, invoices, resources, and overall planning. This is precisely why a deadline was established and why all requests received by 1st May have already been reviewed and processed.

With Summer School now just around the corner, our focus has shifted to final preparations to ensure everything is organised and ready for your children.

We therefore kindly ask parents not to send any further requests for changes, as these can no longer be accommodated by our team.

Once Summer School begins, families may arrange day swaps with one another where possible.

Thank you for your cooperation, understanding, and support. We can’t wait to welcome your children for another fantastic BeeSmart summer! 💛🌊

Now that you’ve met our team online, it’s time to meet them in person! 😊

Our Orientation Meetings are all set, and an email has been sent with all the information you need, including:

📖 A detailed parent booklet
💶 The online Tax Rebate form
📱 Access to your class WhatsApp chat via QR code

Every Sand-Sational Squad class will be supported by both a Class Teacher and a Teaching Assistant, working hand in hand to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where every child can thrive. 🌈☀️

✨ Now that the educators of all our crab-tastic and fin-tastic crews and sand-sational squad have been shared, it’s time to introduce our buzzing Learning Support Educators! ✨

Some have been working with us for a number of years, while others are new to our team — but each and every one of them is a valued member of our BeeSmart family. 💛🐝

Parents have already had the opportunity to meet the LSEs on a one-to-one basis, and we are all set and prepared for the exciting month ahead as Summer School begins! ☀️📚🎨
