Today we celebrate the Feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. In today’s Gospel, Jesus tells us that when we receive the Eucharist, He comes close to us and fills our hearts with His love. The Eucharist helps us to become more like Jesus—kind, loving, and caring towards others. By following Him and living as He teaches us, we grow in faith and come closer to God.
When we receive Jesus in the Eucharist, He gives us strength to do what is right and helps us become the best version of ourselves.
