Classes range from different muscle groups and fitness programs (endurance, strength, flexibility, rehabilitation and more.) Mornings/Afternoons/Evenings..
Exercises are modified for injuries or limitations. You don't find time, but you make time to exercise. With me as your personal trainer, you will get a personalised workout routine and a friend. Together with my equipment, music and energy; we will get you fit, prepared for a competition or help you lose those extra kilos. So contact me and let us start together .
