E-Twinning Project – Wonder Sprouts – Tales that Bloom
Our beautiful eTwinning journey has come to an end, and what an inspiring experience it has been!
Together with our wonderful partners from Slovakia, Greece, and Romania, our pupils shared stories, explored books, and let creativity bloom through meaningful activities. From exchanging ideas and bookmarks by post, to meeting virtually and discovering each other’s cultures, every step of this project strengthened collaboration and friendship across countries.
A highlight of our journey was the enchanting collaborative story of a travelling bird, that travelled from one country to another, bringing curiosity, excitement, and a deeper understanding of different cultures along the way.
Our students truly enjoyed connecting with one another, sharing their love for reading, and watching their ideas grow into something special.
A big well done to Ms. Christine's class for their creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm!

It is with great joy and a deep sense of honour to share that I will be taking on the role of Head of School at St Clare College, St Julian’s Primary. It is truly a privilege to join such a special community where the well-being and happiness of our students are clearly at the centre of everything.
I am genuinely looking forward to working with the wonderful staff and to getting to know our students, while also building a strong and meaningful partnership with you—our parents and families. I strongly believe that when we work together with trust, respect, and care, we create a nurturing environment where our children can truly flourish.
Every step we take will be guided by what is best for our students. I am committed to listening, collaborating, and building strong relationships that will support each child to feel safe, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Etwinning Project - Tiny Tunes for Every Tongue!
Ms. Gabrielle's Class, Yr 2.1 took part in this Etwinning project with other teachers and children from around Malta and from other countries around the world. The children got to create their own avatars and speak about themselves in Maltese to introduce themselves. Apart from this the children learnt the song, Mal-Granċ, and practiced the vocabulary from the song by playing online games about the song. They also listened to a Greek song and played some online games about the vocabulary from that song. The children made a craft about the song as well. At the end, the children got to sing and dance with the song in front of the other children from different schools on a video call while showing their craft! It was a wonderful experience! 😊

As part of our emergent curriculum THE DINOSAURS, the Kinder children were actively involved in transforming the classroom to reflect their interests. Together they designed and created a dinosaur-themed reading nook and classroom door display using paper-maiche' and painting techniques.
