I was a little late in posting this workshop, but within less than 24 hours, most participants had already sent me photos of the dholl puri they made at home.
Teaching is not just about sharing a recipe—it's about giving people the confidence and motivation to surpass themselves. Seeing them put their learning into practice so quickly is the greatest reward.
