Following the advisory issued this morning by the Mauritius Meteorological Services and the Ministry of Education and Human Resources, please be informed that school will be closed today, Monday, 30 March.

This directive applies to all public and private pre-primary, primary, and secondary schools, as well as SEN and vocational institutions, due to prevailing weather conditions.

The safety of our students, families, and staff remains our highest priority. We encourage everyone to remain safe and follow official guidance.

Requirements:

👉Holder of a Teacher’s Certificate, Diploma in Education, or Bachelor of Education
👉At least 5 years of experience in Early Years education
👉Experience with an international curriculum would be an advantage
👉Enthusiastic, creative, and nurturing approach to teaching young learners
👉Strong communication and classroom management skills

Our Years 4–6 students took part in a powerful workshop on Bullying and Children’s Mental Wellbeing led by the team from City Clinic.

A big thank you to Dr Anwarah and Aicha for such an engaging and meaningful session, helping our children understand bullying, build resilience, and learn the importance of speaking up and supporting one another. 🥰

Due to the Heavy Rain Warning issued and guidance from the Ministry of Education, Greencoast International School will be closed today, Thursday 22 January 2026.

As a result, there will be no classes and no parent information meetings taking place today.

The safety of our students, families, and staff remains our top priority. We kindly ask that everyone takes the necessary precautions and stays safe.
