Expertise & Track Record Requirements:
🔹 The 10,000-Hour Rule: You must have a documented track record of 10,000+ hours of 1-to-1 or group coaching experience.

🔹 The "Coach of Coaches": Previous experience in staff development or mentoring other fitness professionals.

Qualifications & Benchmarks:
📜 Academic: BSc/MSc in Sports Science, Business Management, or a related field (Highly Preferred).
📜 Industry: Level 5 or 6 Advanced Coaching/Personal Training Qualification.

You will be the "eyes and ears" of our brand, responsible for:
✅ Multimedia Production: Professional photography and high-impact video editing (Reels, Promos, YouTube).
✅ Graphic Design: Creating sleek, modern visuals for social media, course brochures, and web banners.
✅ Digital Strategy: Managing our Facebook & IG presence, planning content calendars, and optimizing boosted posts.
✅ On-Site Capturing: Being present during courses and events to capture the "raw" energy of our students and tutors.
