In Partnership with

Stoked to show you guys some of the content we have been capturing here in Seattle of Duke + Dexter. I often tell a lot of stories in my photos and talk about how I've grown and things I've learned.

It just so happened i was going to be visiting my home and where i grew up over this last month when asked me to be apart of their campaign

Seattle can definitely be rough around the edges, but growing up here shaped me into the person I am today, and gave me a clear perspective on how incredible life can be if you strive for it.

More to come soon.

Input = output

So funny to look back at all the things your parents told you as a kid that you didn’t quite understand at the time but now they seem to make a lot more sense lol

When I was in junior high and high school I didn’t hang around the best crowd and my mom would always tell me I needed better friends that’m would lift me up instead of bring me down. I wasn’t the most rational thinker in my younger days, so I could never see her logic which is so clear to me now.

My mom would always tell me I would be an average of the 5 top people I surrounded myself with and I rejected that because All I was concerned with was having a good time.

After tons of failed business, sleeping in my car. Negative money in my bank account sleepless nights wanting more, I think I finally understand what she meant.

My input is always going to produce my output so whatever I’m surrounding myself with and absorbing is always going to have an effect on my life.

It truly is a life hack to understand that.

When I was a kid I played competitive soccer and when we would scrimmage against the older age divisions our team would always play at a higher level. When you compete with people that are better than you it improves your skills almost instantly because as human we are extremely advanced at mimicking each other’s actions that’s how we learn so quickly.

Because of this understanding, I’ve spent upwards of $50,000 on coaches mentor and courses to elevate not only myself but my circle the last few years. The new people in my have pushed me to become a better me and made me realize what is possible and how incredible life can be when your aggressively taking steps forward to improve yourself every single day.

One of my favorite things one of my mentors told me was that if “you’re the smartest person in the room you’re in the wrong room”

I’ve really held onto that quote because it’s so true, you want to be around people that elevate you that’s how we grow.

Anyway those are my thoughts for today lol

Be thankful for what you have; you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough.

and I have recently be having a lot of difficulties with what to focus our time on because travel has been so messed up.

🏝We have planned multiple trips that have been canceled due to the pandemic 😷
It’s left us feeling a little lost and confused on what to spend our time on because traveling is what we have spent most of our time doing over the last 4-5 years.

Over the past couple months we have been going through rediscovery on what is important to us and what we want to spend our time on because we have had such a massive void to fill from not traveling.✈️

🌦Change has been inevitable for everyone during this time. Evolution is necessary when you face roadblocks in front of you. You must evolve to overcome objections, issues and problems. Evolution relies on natural selection so to move forward sometimes your only option in adapt, pivot and evolve.

💳Recently God has put many new opportunities in my life and shown me things that I was unaware of previously.
It made me realize how comfortable I had gotten with how my current life was. I was feeling so ungrateful for my situation, that things had changed for me, when really it was god just giving me an opportunity to evolve out of my comfort zone to take more risks and try new things.

🗣I had an amazing conversation with a business partner recently where we talked about what holds people back from evolving or adapting and what we landed on was risk and fear.

⚠️People live in such fear, that they are afraid to risk the current level of comfort that they have to acquire more. They are so afraid of experiencing just a little bit of pain or inconvenience that they sacrifice the ability to have growth.

⛔️Risk is an inherent part of living a good life. Without taking risks, you cannot truly live… you merely exist. Which is why the happiest among us take small risks every single day.

What have you not been doing because your afraid?

I know I will never succeed if I’m afraid to try.

Drop a comment below if you want to start taking more risks ❤️

How to travel to Hawaii for completely free in luxury !

Disclosure ( almost free ) the credit card annual fee will be about $1345 but that’s 90% off of what you would pay for this vacation.

Step 1- signup for Chase Sapphire Preferred
✅100k signup bonus right now

Step 2 - Signup for Amex platinum Biz
✅125k signup bonus right now 💍

Step 3 - Signup for Hilton Honors Aspire Card
✅180k signup bonus right now 🏨

Step 4 - signup for United airlines quest credit card
✅Signup bonus 100k

Step 5 - status match Hilton diamond status to National and Avis rental car

Step 6 - transfer Amex points to United airlines

This will accumulate 505,000 points 🤑

🛫Fly first class to Hawaii for 69,000 points on United airlines (with free bags because of your credit card), this will leave you with 436,000 points for your hotel and car rental.

Then book your hotel 🏨

The Hilton Hawaii village Waikiki has base rooms for 60,000 points each. if you stay for 6 nights you get 1 night free. for every 4 nights you get the 5th night free with Hilton and because you have the Hilton aspire card they grant you diamond status which means they will upgrade you to the most luxury suit available for completely free! This leaves us with 76,000 points left for a rental car.

Status match your Hilton honors Diamonds status with Avis or national to get their top tier status which will get you 25% off all rental cars now you can either pay for your rental cars or keep this trip completely free just use your 76,000 points you have left over.

For example, a $350 week long car rental for San Jose, California, booked through the Chase Travel portal would cost you 23,338 points if you have a Chase Sapphire Reserve®, or 28,006 if you have the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card.

So you can assume it will probably be $500 in Hawaii. So around 35-40,000 points.

So if you use your points + status at national
Or Avis you will book a base car and get a luxury upgrade.

This is just an example of how you can use credit cards to travel for free!

Shoot me a dm if you have any questions 😁
