SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Kasama Community Technical College would like to notify all the successful pre-apprentices who are joining the training institution on Monday, 12th January 2026 to comply with the following requirements prior to the opennig of the first term of the 2026 academic year.
1. To all female students, note that the College does not provide full boarding facilities. What Kasama CTC provides is a self-boarding shelter fully electrified at a fee of K30,000.00 per term. Therefore you will need to carry your own foodstuffs, cooking utensils, mattresses (Mkeka), and at least a torch to be used in the event of Electricity power blackouts. We have only have 20 beds spaces and 16 Mattresses available only for early comers.
2. All students in construction departments and engineering departments, such as carpentry and joinery, plumbing, electrical installation and electronics, fabrication and welding, ICT and bricklaying, must bring safety attires such as work suits and a pair of leather safety boots, while those that are in Edible Horticulture must bring a work suit and a pair of rubber boots (gum boots); in tailoring and fashion design, they must bring aprons and a pair of fully covered leather shoe.
3. All students must bring mathematical instruments box, a scientific calculator, a 30cm drawing ruler and at least 7 hardcover college notebooks.
4. All male students will be renting off campus at their own costs, but living in groups is highly encouraged for personal safety and it may mitigate costs of living.
5. All students are encouraged to strictly bring school fees and other payments as it was described in the application form on the registration openning day. All payment are strictly required to be done through the Bursar's office or Kasama CTC Bank Account.
