TRAINING OPPORTUNITY 2021, JANUARY INTAKE
Fwasa Youth Training Centre is a New Education training institution situated in Chitipa district – at Fwasa Lodge, it invites applications from suitably qualified candidates who would like to pursue tertiary education in Information and Communication technology (ICT) for Level 1, 2 and 3. The following are the details for the course requirements and other relevant information.
COURSE TITTLE
Information & Communication Technology (ICT)

QUALIFICATION
M.S.C.E, with credit in English and any two Science subjects. Those with knowledge in Computer Studies will have an added advantage.

DURATION
6 months

EXAMINATION BOARD
Malawi Government through TEVET Competence Based Education & Training

AWARD
Level 1 certificate, level 2 certificate, and level 3 advanced Tevet Certificate

FEEE
K 40,000.OO

It also offers basic short courses such as Microsoft office packages i.e. Microsoft word, Power point, excel, Database i.e. Microsoft Access, using internet, Statistical package i.e. SPSS (for data entry and analysis), and Using Graphics i.e. Adobe Photoshop etc. @ MK 5000.00. Each per week.

NOTE:
The closing date for receiving applications is 01 January, 2021, and first classes will commence on 11th January, 2021. The selection of successful candidates will be done strictly based on the stated qualifications except for the basic short courses, which anyone can come and register with us. Selected candidates will be communicated through letters and phone calls.
