FOOD VALIE ADDITION

On Sunday, 8th February 2026, we had a session called "Food value addition." This was a session where student teachers learnt how to cook various types of food.
Food value addition is not only about eating better. Simple additions like adding vegetables to meals, including fruits in the diet, and combining different food groups can greatly improve health.
As future teachers, they are role models to the learners as well as their communities.
