Dear ALFRED.In the first place I would like to thank you for being open enough for assistance.

I will not tell you a lot of things as on response but this is the simple way to get out of that addiction

2.WHO ARE YOU
3.WHAT CAN YOU DO TO MAKE YOUR FAMILY BETTER
4.WHAT POSITION ARE THEY IN LIFE THOSE PEOPLE OF THE SAME AGE LIKE YOU WHEN THEY MADE A DECISION TO BE THEMSELVES.

AT THE END OF THAT RESEARCH,YOU WILL BE ADDICTED TO SUCCESS NOT TO DRUGS ANY MORE.

WE TRIED IT AND IS VERY MUCH EFFECTIVE.

DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY

If there is a condition which is mostly affecting people both youth and elderly is DEPRESSION.
This is most arising because of some social challenges starting from personal,economical,healthy and family.

Some are reaching the extent of taking their own lives which is nott a solution.
As mlange youth organization ,we encourage the general public to do atleast the following when passing through depression

1.HAVE CONFIDANT-confidant is a person who you share sensitive issues and can help you through and also keep your secrets.Especially men and boys dont like open up....which is wrong

2.POWER OF ASSOCIATION-make sure you join faith groups or social groups which can help you ease your mind through association

SOME THINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS

Lifestyle changes, such as
improving sleep habits,
increasing social support,
using stress-reduction techniques or getting regular exercise, also may help.
If you have either condition,

avoid alcohol, smoking and recreational drugs. They can make both conditions worse and interfere with treatment.

THE ALTITUDE OF LEAVING EVERYTHING IN THE HANDS OF A TEACHER IS RISKING THE FUTURE OF OUR CHILDREN.
THE LITTLE KNOWLEDGE WE TRANSFER TO OUR CHILDREN CAN HAVE GREAT INFLUENCE ON OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM.
