Character is huge for us here at Grace. Not only do we want our students to do well in school but to also have good work ethic and character, influencing their peers in a positive way.

Did you know that at a public school here in Malawi, you can have one teacher for up to 65+ students at one time. Which can make the method of “if you fall behind you get left behind” very real and if the student is not self motivated enough,or gets distracted or even if the student just takes a bit longer to learn, then they can really struggle.

Which is why our after school program, here at Grace is such a great way to support our students. We provide supplementary teaching, homework help and tutoring based on individual needs to ensure that our students are set up well to succeed even in a tougher school setting.
