We had a good number of careers which our learners chose. It's thrilling to note that all learners did excellently and we wish them the best in their studies as they take their career paths passionately and seriously.

We also extend the gratitude to parents for making the event a successful one. You have been a key stakeholder. Feel appreciated.

Patriyomu Private Primary School located in Bangwe Namatapa, Blantyre, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant teaching positions.

JOB PURPOSE

To teach, mentor and assist learners to accomplish their potential.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

•Applicants should be mature and well experienced with good people management and dispute resolution skills
•Must be registered with Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM)
•Must posses a Teaching Certificate from a well recognized institution.
•Should be from or within IPTE 16 to the latest cohort.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidates will carry out the following duties:

•Identify and prepare learning and teaching materials;
•Devise methods and resources of teaching and assessing students;
•Create and maintain a conducive teaching and learning environment;
• Formulating and marking tests and examinations in line with set timelines and maintaining all records;
•Attend to all school activities as may be required from time to time.
•Planning i.e. Teaching, schemes and records of work preparation.
•Acting as a role model to students.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chichewa, and good interpersonal and presentation skills.

It was on the 26th of July 2024, the end 2023/24 academic year when Patriyomu Private school as one of the education institution celebrated the outcomes of the learners' hard-working for the entire term.

It was a great day as we moved a step forward, and towards the perfection we have always aspired.

Today, 5 July 2024, we celebrate the birthday of our teacher, Madam Mphatso. We wish her nothing but the best on her special day! All the best for the future Mphatso Mussah

Today on 14 June, 2024, we had a trip to Mikolongwe Veterinary Farm and Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST) in Thyolo.

Our point of focus at Mikolongwe was to grasp knowledge concerning Artificial Insemination considering the fact that Mikolongwe is the National Artificial Insemination Centre. Learners, by doing that, have taken down notes and have got a visual understanding of what they were taught theoretically by their teachers during Agriculture lessons.

We then had to proceed to MUST in Thyolo. Learners often times lack some motivation, they lack something that pushes them work harder in class. At least now, having seen the university, they know their hard work in class now, will see them majestically walk on MUST corridors. They'll, for sure, have that feeling of willing to step at the University they have admired to be at today because of its beauty and programs offered at the place where excellency reigns.

We would like therefore, to thank parents for making sure that the plan to have the trip succeeds because of your financial contributions to your children. As Patriyomu Academy, we work to our maximum in making sure we deliver quality education that includes both theory and practical to enhance learners understanding through such trips and education visits.
