UPDATE: Three patients confirmed of Covid-19 in Lilongwe have been said to be in stable condition.

Spokesperson for Lilongwe District Health Office Richard Mvula has told MIJ Online that the three might be declared fully recovered should the situation remain.

Mvula said they were not given any treatment since there is no vaccine for the virus.

He added that the three were only given pain killers if they complained of bodypains and headache.

Meanwhile, 60 people suspected to have been in contact with the three have been traced and tested.
