The time is here!

At one of the farms we provide consultancy services, the soil analysis results indicated that the soil were poor in every aspect of soil wealth. The recommendation back then was that we should not grow mangoes on these soils. Contrary to the recommendation, we decided that we will go ahead to grow the mangoes and implement heavy soil amendment practices to bring the soils to a productivity status and be able to feed out trees.

From application of gypsum to compost, we have done just more than we could to these sample 2 blocks and as you can see, the mangoes have been able to grow and you may not believe that these tres are only a year old. Good news uh? 😍. We have decided not to celebrate blindly, we have chosen the empirical guidance. We want to celebrate with figures. We want to objectively compare and this today, we are taking soil and leaf samples for both soil and leaf analysis respectively.
