The Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), through its Working Group on National Undergraduate Engineering Talent (NUET) under the BEM Strategic Plan 2021–2025, continues its effort to inspire the next generation of engineers.

This initiative focuses on strengthening students’ understanding of sustainability in engineering and the role of engineers in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Under the theme “Empowering Engineering,” the BEM Convention 2024 will serve as a pivotal gathering for engineering practitioners (engineers, engineering technologists, and inspectors of works), engineering consultancy firms, government officials, academia, industry professionals, and students. Attendees will engage in two parallel sessions designed to foster collaboration and innovation.

[Announcement] It is imperative to note that effective 1st April 2024, the BEM Certified Body (CB) has been mandated to implement and administer the BEM Pre-Approved CPD Activity, as per BEM Circular No. 002 on CPD Requirements. Hence, applications for the BEM Pre-Approved CPD Activity must be made directly to the appointed CBs.
