The Interpersonal Skills and Teamwork training was successfully conducted on 15 & 16 June 2026 at Institut Latihan Sektor Awam Negeri Sabah (INSAN), in collaboration with INSAN, for participants from Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Sabah (JPANS).
This training was designed to enhance Sabah Civil Service Officersโ interpersonal competencies, focusing on communication, emotional intelligence, and collaboration to strengthen workplace relationships and improve teamwork in delivering efficient and effective public services.
Over the two-day session, participants were guided through a structured and practical learning experience covering essential areas such as:
