Once drowned and rescued in the waters of Johor, while on a fishing trip. He was in his 20s. Highly traumatised, he never set foot again into the seawaters eversince (almost 50 years!).
February 2026 was his first meeting with us, and up to today, he's been committing himself (along with his wife and children!) to be with us at the pool almost each week. He drives from Seremban.
Now a certified ๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ, at the golden age of 70! Not stopping yet. This is his 2nd freediving exposure with us in the open waters (at depths of 10 to 25m deep). Look at him smile!! (and that stunning, award-winning moustache!!) ๐
Hey, who says age's a limit? ๐
"1,2,3...you're the best!!" ๐

Our signature programme, ๐ฆ๐๐ถ๐บ & ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐e ๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ and ๐ฆ๐๐ถ๐บ & ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ฎ: ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ผ๐น ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ were designed to allow you to feel this; to learn how to let water hold you, support you, in ways you've never imagined before.
Some people take time to sense this (the mental part is where the challenge really is!), while most others understand what we mean in less than 4 hours, making them change the way they think about water, the way they move with water....making them become water themselves.
It's difficult to describe how water holds you. You need to practically experience it yourself. With the correct technique and positive, open minded thoughts, you'll understand what it means.
Talk to us to learn how to let water hold you.

Muharram is the first month of the Islamic lunar calendar and one of the four sacred months in Islam. The word itself translates to "forbidden" or "sacred," signifying a time when warfare is traditionally prohibited and Muslims are encouraged to increase good deeds and spiritual reflection.
Spiritual guidance is of critical importance nowadays, looking at the alarming numbers of people (even youngsters!) depressed, in despair, hurt and feeling so alone and lost. Water is one of the best mediums to guide us back to our original form, both spiritually and physically. One of the best lessons it teaches us is about the psychology of drowning itself, of fear and hope, of submission and surrendering.
May this islamic year cleanses our heart and soul, like water cleanses dirt and toxics. May this year onwards make us calmer, composed, self-controlled beings. May we remember to take control of our deepest fears, have more hope and trust, put aside our anxiety and worries.
Hoping to see you in water, beautiful water one day soon, InshaAllah.
Sincerely,
Dr. Rahayu Tasnim ๐

12 participants were with us, from various backgrounds and locations. Some came from Ipoh and Bahau. One participant is a blood cancer survivor of 10 years. Most of them have their own "stories" to tell; of water and their fears. One was seriously water phobic - to the extent of aquaphobic - a result of having drowned and saved by resuscitation (CPR) when she was younger.
They had their own "stories" of fear to tell.
But on this day, with us, they managed to put aside, to forget these "stories" that haunt them ever since. They jumped, floated, swam, ...where their feet couldn't feel the floor. A remarkable achievement! ๐
We hope that this will be the beginning of their water adventures and therapy, a healing unlike no other. ๐
Never fight with water. It always wins.
Let it hold you.
Thank you and bravo ladies and gentlemen! Hoping to meet all of you again. InshaAllah.
Sincerely,
Dr Ayu
