🌬️💨 THE POWER OF WIND! 💨🌬️

In addition to our “Science is Fun!” theme, our little scientists explored the amazing power of wind! 🌟

Through a variety of fun, hands-on activities, the children discovered how wind can be used to produce energy and electricity - children acting as windmills, while also creating beautiful artworks - children blowing “hair” 🎨⚡

It’s amazing to see how something as simple as the wind can have such a powerful impact on our world. 🍃✨

🔢✨ Learning numbers through play!

Today, the children explored odd and even numbers through our fun Cards & Counters activity. Using number cards as guides, they carefully counted, collected, and placed the correct number of balls into the trays. 🔴🔵

This hands-on experience supported the development of:
🌟 Number recognition
🌟 Counting and sequencing skills
🌟 Hand-eye coordination
🌟 Concentration and problem-solving

The children were excited to match the numbers correctly and enjoyed learning mathematical concepts through interactive play! 😊🔢

This school holiday, our theme is “Science is Fun!” and we’ve been busy exploring, experimenting, and discovering through lots of hands-on science activities 🔬⚡️

The children showed so much curiosity about the sun, solar system, and planets 🌍🪐 They loved learning that the sun gives Earth light and heat, and were especially excited to explore our solar-powered fan 🪭☀️

Watching the fan spin using only sunlight helped the children discover how solar energy can create power — no batteries or electricity needed! Their faces lit up with excitement as they observed science come to life right in front of them 🤩💡✨

Let’s explore the secondary colours 💜🧡🩷🩶

The children explored with colour mixing and excitedly discovered that red and blue together make purple! 💜 through literally hands-on play - handshakes and high fives 🤝🏼😂🥰

Then the children showed great focus and enthusiasm as they correctly identified and matched the secondary colours in Colour Box 2🌈✨

making gifts for Mother’s Day ☺️💓

This week, we focused on the theme of “Manners”, helping children learn the importance of good behaviour, honesty, respect and kindness through fun and meaningful activities. 😄

The children enjoyed storytelling and role-play sessions, where they acted out well-known stories such as George Washington and the Cherry Tree, Pinocchio, and the Chinese classic 孔融让梨. Through these stories, children were encouraged to understand values such as telling the truth, sharing, being considerate, and showing respect to others.

It was wonderful to see the children actively participating, expressing themselves, and learning important life values through play! 🌟

Our 2–3-year-old children took part in a “Fruit vs Food” sorting activity.
They chose the fruits and foods they like to eat, while learning to sort, express their preferences, and recognise different types of food through play.

2–3岁的小朋友进行“水果 vs 食物”分类活动。
孩子们会从中选出自己喜欢吃的水果和食物，在游戏中学习分类、表达自己的喜好，并认识不同种类的食物。

The children were engaged in a sandpaper letter tracing activity, focusing on the letters “c” & “d”.

This hands-on activity helps them develop letter recognition, correct letter formation, and strengthens their fine motor skills through tactile learning!
