身为一对一上门的补习老师已经有20年了。在家开班教补习也已经有八年了。我的愿景是希望我的学生能够找到对他最适合的方法学习，加强学习兴趣以及提升能力，能够应付各种高难度的考试，取得成绩佳。因此我的补习教学即便是，我都会个别针对孩子的问题，以及给与个别的教导。

我会依孩子的吸收能力与理解的程度来为他们安排教导方法。我给每个学生的教学方式也许都不太一样。。😃

我的理念是不论学生是什么程度，我会想办法把他们带去 A 的层次里。。成绩差的孩子、不喜欢读书的孩子，都有可能进步，只要给与耐心及供给正确的方法，都一样有机会改善！😀
