AI isn’t just something people are talking about anymore, it’s already changing how developers build, learn, and ship projects.
So instead of just hearing about it… why not actually try it? 👀

Join us for a hands-on workshop with AWS where we’ll be exploring Kiro, an AI-powered coding tool designed to help you build faster, smarter, and with way more confidence.

This session also serves as a small prelude to DevLeague 2026 ✨ a space where we’ll be diving deeper into innovation, building, and future-ready tech skills later this year.

This isn’t a lecture or a passive session. You’ll be getting your hands on it, trying things out, and seeing how AI fits into real development workflows, the kind that’s actually used in the industry today.

Whether you’re a student just starting out, a fresh grad exploring your next step, or someone already working in tech but just curious about AI tools, this session is for you 💻
No need to be “super advanced”. Just bring your laptop, your curiosity, and come as you are ☺️

We’ll figure the rest out together.

We’re keeping it small and focused with only 80 spots available, so everyone gets a proper hands-on experience!

👉 If this sounds like your thing, we’d love to have you there.

Stop over-explaining. Start protecting your peace. 🗣️✨

We spend so much time trying to sound "professional" at work that we end up talking in circles. We drag out updates, we say yes to things we don't have time for, and we leave meetings completely confused.

You don’t need a corporate vocabulary upgrade to fix this. You just need to be clear. State the conclusion first, make people choose their own priorities when they overload you, and lock down next steps before a call ends.

Your work life gets a lot easier when you stop performing and just start communicating.

PSA: It is completely okay to love your predictable, stable routine 🤫💼

Every time you open TikTok, LinkedIn, or Instagram, someone is screaming at you to quit your job, build a 7-figure side hustle, or work 18 hours a day. It’s easy to feel like you’re doing life wrong just because your job doesn't feel like a movie plot 🫠

But let’s be real: stability is elite 📈
Having a "boring" job doesn't mean your potential has stalled. It means you have a solid anchor that protects your energy, funds your hobbies, and gives you the freedom to completely ghost your work notifications on weekends 🔋

Protect your boundaries, sprinkle some fun into your weekdays, and remember that your job is what funds your life, not the other way around 👑

Are you Team "Chaotic Startup Hustle" or Team "Peaceful & Predictable 9-to-5"? Let us know below! 👇👇

Most people don’t struggle with motivation.
They struggle with knowing where to start, especially when everything in tech feels new at once.

That’s exactly why we built our AWS Foundational Training Programme with TalentLabs ☁️
A beginner-friendly programme designed to help you get started in Cloud and Gen-AI, even if you don’t come from a tech background.

You’ll go through structured, hands-on training, and by the end, be prepared for AWS certification with support every step of the way, including an exam voucher and access to hands-on practice with real AWS scenarios.

The best part? It’s fully claimable under HRD Corp (for employed individuals) and PERKESO (for retrenched individuals), so there’s no out-of-pocket cost if you’re eligible!

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start exploring Cloud & AI… this might be it 👀
Some opportunities are worth pausing for!

Your worth as a human being does not change based on your daily productivity metrics 🫠🛑

If a bad day at the office completely ruins your entire evening, it’s a gentle sign that work is taking up way too much space in your identity.

It is completely okay to do great work while you're clocked in, but still treat it as just a job. Collect your paycheck, invest your energy into hobbies that make you happy, and protect your peace the second that laptop closes.

Your life is way too big to only happen inside a screen ✨
Which of these 6 tips do you need to practice the most this week? Let’s discuss in the comments 👇👇

For a while, "Does this job offer WFH?" became one of the first questions many job seekers asked.

And that's understandable.

Less commuting, more flexibility, and the comfort of working from home can be huge benefits.
But here's the thing 👀

WFH is a work arrangement, not a measure of how good a job is.

A role can be fully remote and still have poor management, limited growth opportunities, or an unhealthy workload.

Likewise, some people genuinely thrive in hybrid or office environments because of the structure, collaboration, and support they provide.

At the end of the day, the goal isn't just to find a job with WFH.
It's to find a role that supports your growth, well-being, and career goals.

When people think about tech careers, they often focus on technical skills.
And while coding, data analysis, cybersecurity, and AI skills are important, they're only part of the equation.

Hiring managers are also looking for candidates who can communicate effectively, collaborate with others, solve problems, and adapt to new challenges.

The good news?

Soft skills aren't something you're born with—they can be developed through projects, internships, volunteering, part-time jobs, and everyday experiences.

Which soft skill are you currently working on? 👇

Whenever someone starts a new role, the standard corporate advice is always: "Hit the ground running! Make a massive impact in your first week!" 🏃‍♂️💨

Honestly? That is the quickest way to end up exhausted, overwhelmed, and lowkey annoying to your new teammates.

Your first 90 days at a new workplace shouldn't feel like an extreme sport. It’s an evaluation period for both sides. It’s about pacing yourself, figuring out the team dynamics, finding your go-to people, and setting boundaries that protect your peace before the heavy workload kicks in 💼

Save this blueprint for the next time you (or a friend) make a career pivot. Start sustainable, not chaotic! 🚀✨
