A syllabus where no rich child is left behind ...

An education system where, to the untrained eye, the children seem to spend a lot of time “just playing.” ...

A learning environment where, children feel safe, secure, comfortable, and valued with comprehensive activities that are individualized for their development (address the needs of the whole child + academic) ...

Because we understand that every child is truly rich and unique in his/her own way ... and play is the major vehicle through which children learn both social and academic skills. Don’t think that “just playing” means “not learning.”

Therefore by aligning our syllabus to the requirements of the *local Ministry of Education (*varies according to each country) , our training methodology are also customized with our 20 years of experience in mental development industry. In order to understand our syllabus and activities, there is only 2 simple categories:

1) UC MENTAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME:

UC Maths - Obtain hands-on benefits by operating learning materials. Learn through playing, play through learning, to cultivate "Little Maths Expert" in UC Kindies. Brino's Vivid Calculation - Fully utilize photographic memory to stimulate right brain-hemisphere, and assist children to overcome the fear as well as obstacles in calculation. UC Brilliant Science - Consist of cultural, social, nature and other science knowledge, a guide for children to explore, serves as our children's "Encyclopaedia"! Brino's Science Lab - Interesting experiments and scientific exploration, inspiration for children to build brain-hand interactions, a guide for children to experience success!

2) WHOLE LANGUAGE TEACHING PROGRAMME
Whole language is an educational philosophy that describes children's language development and language learning should be considered as wholes. - "Father of Whole Language", Ken Goodman (U.S.A.) UC English, UC Mandarin, UC Social Science, UC Brilliant Science, UC Art & Craft.


“KINDERGARTEN IS ABOUT MUCH MORE THAN ACADEMIC.”

Because we understand childhood is a journey, not a race. We have various fun and exciting educational activities and international cultural exchange activities for our UC Kids! Brino's International Exchange Activity (IEA): Study tour at different countries, experience different culture, make friends around the world. The annual Brino's IEA will not just broaden the horizons of our children, more importantly, the study tour will inspire them to explore and create the desire for learning. They will have the inexhaustible motivation for learning, owning the colourful and exciting world throughout their life. Innovative Learning: A child-initiated kindergarten activity instead of teacher-initiated. A space for children to choose freely, a playground for children to develop through liberal education. As children indulge in their imagination and creativity, displaying their capabilities through fun activities, eventually, as we combine everyone's work together, it is the production of a wonderful fairytale drama that will be performed during the Annual Concert & Graduation! There are even more educational activities held in the kindergarten: children workshop; parents workshop; parent-child activities and many more!


“TOUR A UC KINDIES”

There isn’t any BEST programmes but some are BETTER than others. Let’s take an imaginary walk around an ideal kindergarten. One of the first things you might notice is that children are happily playing and working in small groups or independently in their kindergarten.

• At the Playground, they learn the body movements and self-protections through fun games.
• A group of children are at the Swimming Pool learning through water play.
• The Library is filled with children reading books with joy.
• In the Role Play Studio, a group of children are creating a pretend hospital complete with doctor and nurse “examining” a patient.
• Children are dancing and acting with props and music percussion in the Studio.
• IT Lab is filled with children’s laughter as they learn from interesting e-learning programmes.
• The teacher moves from group to group answering and asking questions, keeping the learning going in the IT-aided Classroom.
• “Hands-on” science is happening in the Science Lab as a group of children investigate which items will float or sink.
• Later the children will all gather together to share what they have learned in the kindergarten, read a story, sing a song, and practice creative learning skills. This is a kindergarten with facilities that does not ask children to fit themselves to the curriculum. Instead, the curriculum meets children where uses their interests and abilities to support the development of the essential creative and critical thinking skills: observation, prediction, experimentation, deduction and making comparisons. Best of all, these are what we meant in UC Kindies, a concept kindergarten, to let children find out that learning is not only meaningful but they can have fun too!
