在现今存着各种竞争力的职场中，神经多样性在职场中往往还会被传统而惯性的观念视为是一种缺陷和障碍，进而导致许多神经多样性人士在就职过程中遭受歧视和误解。然而，随着社会对神经多样性的认识不断加深，越来越多的企业开始意识到神经多样性人士拥有其独特的优势，在得到适当的支持和调整工作环境的政策来推动职场的神经多样性的包容，这个群体能够发挥从分析性思维、超强专注力、创造力到解决问题的能力，而这些优势越来越被认为是应对复杂的现代商业环境的关键要素。

主讲人将会从她多年协助神经多样性群体的经验，和大家探讨他们在职场就职时经常面对的挑战，从中了解他们需要那些支援，软技能和应对能力。借由这样的探讨，让家长们从小就能够提前预备，让孩子们在儿童至青少年时期，就可以开始训练和灌输孩子们的相关认知和技能。

In our classrooms, you will see not limitations, but effort;
not labels, but potential;
not “special”, but children who deserve to be understood.

They may learn, communicate, and experience the world in different ways,
but every day, they are trying their very best to learn, to participate, and to grow.
What they need is not sympathy,
but understanding, acceptance, and opportunities.

When society understands more,
there will be fewer misunderstandings.
When there is more acceptance,
more doors to education and future employment can be opened for them.

Let us choose to see their efforts,
and believe in their possibilities.
Because every child
deserves to be seen,
to be respected,
and to be given a chance.

We took advantage of the nice weather today and brought the children to the playground to run and play.
They had a wonderful time, full of smiles and laughter!
