As I said in my speech, the tools have gotten easier. What’s hard now is the thinking.

Pernah tak jadi situasi macam ni? Seorang designer resign, proses offboarding nampak mudah: pulangkan laptop, tamatkan akses e-mel syarikat, dan buat majlis perpisahan makan-makan kek.
Beberapa minggu kemudian, designer tersebut sudah pun mula bekerja di tempat baru. Tiba-tiba, syarikat lama hantar WhatsApp bertanyakan maklumat login untuk akaun Canva Pro. Masalahnya, e-mel syarikat yang lama sudah pun disekat atau dipadam, jadi akaun tersebut langsung tidak boleh diakses lagi.
