• 与设计师、装修师、建筑师和工作人员密切合作。
• 与承包商或客户协调以确保施工符合设计规范或计划，施工工程按照施工图纸完工并完成。
• 在项目现场监督和监督进度，确保项目在规定时间内完成。
• 能够在最少的监督下独立工作，具有创造性和积极的态度。
要求和技能
•应征人必须至少拥有艺术/设计/创意多媒体、建筑或同等学历并至少有2 年工作经验。
• 精通AutoCAD、SketchUp、3D Max、Illustrator 或其他设计程序。
• 以前优秀的作品。
• 强烈的创造力、责任感和相应的工作优先级。
• 马来西亚人（25-35岁）
• 能够沟通和理解英语、马来语和普通话。
• 周一至周五：上午 9 点至下午 6 点

We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
Responsibilities
• Possesses a detailed manner in producing 2D / 3D drawing, sketch, layout plan, details drawing on related project.
• Responsible to propose and conceptualize the interior design work for commercial and residential projects.
• Expertise in materials selection and products sourcing.
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
• Coordinating with contractor or client needs to ensure constructions meet design specifications or plan, construction works are well finished and done in accordance to construction drawings.
• To monitor and supervise progress at the project site and ensure that project is completed within the stipulated time.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, creative and positive attitude personalities.
Requirements and skills
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent with minimum 2 years working experiences.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
• Strong sense of creativity, responsibilities and prioritize job accordingly.
• Malaysian (25-35 years old)
• Able to communicate and understand English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Monday - Friday: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
• Saturday: 9.00 am – 2.00 pm
