Let our kids learn more about failure and make them aware of the strengths we gain while going through the process of failing at something. Allowing our children to fail and learning to grow through that process is the most important life-skill we can offer to our children.
Ask your kids at the end of each day, "What did you fail at today? And what did you learn out of it?"
Let kids know that it's OK to fail provided you learn a life lesson out of that failure.
For child development-persistence, self-control, curiosity, conscientiousness, grit and self-confidence matters more than stuffing random information blindly in their brains.
