Days after the U.S. and Iran agreed to end the war, threats are back. Tehran is warning of a “crushing response” if Washington doesn’t deliver, especially over Israel’s strikes in Lebanon. Ebrahim Azizi, head of Iran’s parliament security committee, says any violation gets retaliation.

The problem: The U.S. may have a framework with Iran. Israel doesn’t. Tel Aviv keeps hitting Hezbollah in Lebanon. Iran’s military says Israel violated the Lebanon ceasefire 84 times since the U.S.-Iran deal was announced. Iran’s Central Command warns Israel should expect a harsh response if attacks continue.

Both sides are preparing to sign the agreement in Switzerland on Friday. That starts a 60-day window to negotiate Iran’s nuclear program, sanctions relief, and regional security. Iran’s FM Abbas Sarachi says enrichment + Israel’s Lebanon operations are on the table. Tehran says any Israeli attack on Lebanon from now on is a violation.

Meanwhile, a new report says a $300B “Reconstruction and Development Fund” is keeping talks alive. Private investors from the U.S., the Gulf, Asia, Africa, and South America have committed over half. It’s not aid or reparations — it’s private capital into Iran’s economy.

Trump’s take: “Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. If they do, they suffer unbelievable consequences.”

The Strait of Hormuz is reopening; Iranian tankers are back; oil prices have dropped. But with Iran warning Israel + unresolved nuclear issues, the real test is just starting.

Trump blasted Israel’s military tactics in Lebanon, saying, “I’m not happy with the way Israel has handled themselves.” He argued Israel doesn’t need to “knock out a whole building full of people just to get to the terrorist.” Trump suggested Syria should take more responsibility for militants in Lebanon instead of large-scale Israeli strikes. He also stressed US support: “Without the United States, there would be no Israel. Israel would have been blown up a long time ago had I not gotten involved.”

Trump just signed what he’s calling surrender papers with Iran.

107 days of war. $29 billion in American taxpayer money.

Here’s what Iran walks away with:
Hormuz reopens. The US blockade ends immediately. All sanctions on Iranian oil have been lifted. Billions in frozen assets released. US forces have withdrawn from areas around Iran. All military operations stopped permanently, including in Lebanon.

Iran’s deputy foreign minister confirmed it on Telegram today. Iran is calling it a victory. Signing ceremony set for Switzerland, June 19th.

Now the part no one’s saying out loud:
Before this war, Iran was sanctioned and isolated. Selling oil through ghost ships. Couldn’t access its own money.

Today, America is handing all of it back.

And what did America achieve?
Iran’s nuclear program is not dismantled. Iran just reaffirms the same commitment it had before the war. No uranium handover. No new restrictions. 60 days of talks with zero guarantees.

Iran’s missile program is not in the deal. Iran’s support for Hezbollah is not in the deal.

Trump posted: “The deal with Iran is now complete.” Iran called it a victory. Iran got everything it wanted before this war even started.

Breaking now via Al Jazeera: President Trump posted on Truth Social that “the deal has been done.”

Earlier, the Wall Street Journal reported Trump would soon confirm a US-Iran agreement. Minutes later, Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif tweeted that, after intensive talks, a peace deal had been reached.

Both sides declared the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon.

If this holds, it’s one of the biggest de-escalations in the Middle East in years.

Russian President Vladimir Putin says Russian forces are maintaining a strategic advantage and confidently advancing across multiple fronts in Ukraine.

The advance is continuing in all directions.

Putin accused Ukraine of resorting to what he described as terrorist methods. Allegation: strikes on civilian infrastructure and passenger transport systems. He said the enemy is unable to contain this onslaught and is openly resorting to terrorist methods, carrying out strikes on civilian objects and infrastructure, as well as passenger transport and communication.

The claims come as fighting continues across the region.
