Celebrating a Dream Fulfilled: Congratulations, Dr Nabot Tomas

At Platonic Academy Namibia, we believe in the power of education, mentorship, and purpose. Today, we celebrate a young man whose journey reminds us why this mission matters.

From the streets of Katutura to the University of Namibia’s School of Medicine, Dr. Nabot Tomas has shown what discipline, humility, and unwavering determination can achieve. As an orphaned boy with big dreams in a small room, he refused to let his circumstances define his future.

For five years, he was mentored by our Co‑Founder, Mrs. Amanda Mungunda, who served not only as his teacher but as a mother‑figure and a steady voice of encouragement. Their bond is a testament to what happens when educators go beyond the classroom and invest in the whole child.

While awaiting his graduation, Dr. Tomas returned “home” to PAN tutoring Biology and Chemistry and pouring his knowledge back into the next generation. His heart for service reflects the very values we stand for.

Today, we proudly celebrate Dr. Nabot Tomas, a shining example of resilience, faith, and excellence. Namibia is proud. His teachers are proud. And his PAN family is incredibly proud.
