As this workshop was so successful last weekend and we had a lot of requests we could not accommodate the first time, we will be offering this workshop again tomorrow at 14:30. We still have a couple of spots left, book now to avoid disappointment.

Earlier this week a friend asked on Facebook, why it is so difficult for women to be supportive of each other, imagining how great the world could be if we showed love and compassion towards each other.

And it made me think of this video from our beginners pole class, and how lucky I am to see the women in our studio community supporting each other and showing love towards each other every single day! Pole/aerial is more than a sport. The studio is a place where we can be completely ourselves, and learn to do things we didn't know our bodies were capable of. We celebrate each other's wins just as much as our own and we laugh at our own flops without feeling we are being laughed at.

May we carry this energy out into our daily lives, and make the world a better place, one act of compassion and support at a time ❤️
