When a child struggles to read, sometimes, it’s not because they are not interested or because they are lazy.
Sometimes, it’s because, they were introduced to it in a way that wasn’t pleasant.
Some children are not uninterested in reading, studying or learning, they are sometimes not comfortable with the experience that comes with it.
So, you might want to check and be sure it’s not the case of your child(ren).

As educators and parents, one of the most beautiful things we can do is create an environment where quiet children feel safe enough to participate.
Not every learner is naturally loud or expressive and that’s okay. Sometimes, patience, encouragement, and genuine connection are what unlock their confidence.

Quietness does not mean disengaged.
It can be a sign of deep thinking and mental engagement.
As parents and educators, identifying the quiet learners and getting them involved is very important.
They deserve to be seen and heard as well.

In the middle of my maths class and suddenly my learner has an Indian accent.😁🤣
