You made it to the halfway mark.
Six months in. Still standing. Still showing up for your children, for this community, for the belief that every child deserves a fighting chance.
That's not small. That's everything.
Keep going. The second half belongs to you.

Happy World Children's Day from all of us at The Zamarr Institute.
Today, we join the world in celebrating every child — their laughter, their potential, and the unique light each one brings into the world.
For 20 years, this has been our privilege: to walk alongside children and families, and to believe — without reservation — that every child deserves a place where they are seen, supported, and celebrated.
To every child in our community and beyond: today is yours.

Children’s Day didn’t start as a day for parties or bright balloons. It came out of a struggle.

Back in the Industrial Revolution, kids didn’t get to be kids. They were put to work with tiny hands, endless shifts, and no rights. No one listened when they spoke up. War made things even worse. Two world wars, one after the other, left children lost, without parents, barely noticed by the world.

In 1925, leaders from all over gathered in Geneva and finally signed the Declaration of the Rights of the Child. A step forward. By 1950, June 1 had become Children’s Day worldwide. And by 1989, nearly every country agreed to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

It took decades—too many, if we’re honest—for everyone to finally agree on something heartbreakingly simple:

Kids aren’t resources. They’re people.

And that fight? It isn’t over. Not even close.

At Zamarr, we’re still in it. Every day, we stand up for kids born to see the world differently but are told that they're not enough.

Strong. Seen. Celebrated.
Today we honour the boys who fight battles the world doesn't always see — and win anyway.
Happy International Day of the Boy Child from all of us at The Zamarr Institute. 🌟
Every boy. Every ability. Every future.
