YOU can do change of course/institution as many times as you want, provided the admission process is still ongoing for that school and you can pay the required fee for each change.

Also, ignore the "limited number of changes" or the number of slips stated on your JAMB printouts. That information has been appearing on JAMB slips for years and does not apply anymore. In other words, it does not stop candidates from making multiple changes.
