FATHER'S DAY'S MESSAGE FROM MORE TREASURE CHAMPIONS SCHOOL
The hand that quietly carries a family often receives the fewest applause.

Happy Father’s Day to all fathers around the globe 🌏.

Being a father, and indeed being a parent, is not a walk in the park. It is one of life’s greatest responsibilities and one of its most demanding assignments.

Fatherhood goes far beyond providing food, shelter, and education. It involves mentoring, guiding, discipling, protecting, and leading by example. It means teaching not only with words, but also through actions, attitudes, and everyday choices.

Many fathers are constantly learning, unlearning, and relearning in order to become better fathers for this generation. They are letting go of unhealthy patterns, harmful behaviours, and beliefs they may have inherited from their own upbringing or environment. This takes humility, courage, and intentionality.

As an educator, I have come to understand that children learn more from what they observe than from what they are told. Children imitate what they see. They absorb attitudes, habits, values, and behaviours into their subconscious minds, and these experiences often stay with them for life. This is why the example a father sets is so powerful.

Today, we celebrate the fathers who wake up every day and do their best. The fathers who work hard to provide, who sacrifice quietly, who worry, pray, protect, teach, and keep showing up for their families even when they feel tired or uncertain.

To the fathers who are still figuring things out, to those learning to become more present, more patient, and more intentional, thank you. Your efforts matter. Your sacrifices are seen. Your love leaves a lasting impact.

And to aspiring fathers, may God prepare your hearts and grant you the wisdom, grace, and resources needed to become godly role models who help their children discover their purpose, fulfil their potential, and live for their Creator.

To every father, thank you

Look at this principal, who has reached the peak of her career ,see how traumatized she is 😭Someone with only a few years in service is there, suff£ring and fighting for her life. Her children’s hands are tied and can’t do anything. Her only offense was going to work. Imagine pointing G at an elderly woman that has not offended you. I pray she survive this even after their release. Ha! My heart bl££ds😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

EVERY SCHOOL HAS A CHALLENGE… BUT SOME CHALLENGES ARE DESTROYING SCHOOLS QUIETLY

Behind many struggling schools are problems that are often ignored for too long.

Some schools are battling:

Poor staff commitment

Declining student discipline

Low enrollment

Poor parent cooperation

Weak leadership

Financial pressure

Staff conflict

Teacher burnout

Poor communication

Lack of structure

The truth is: A school does not suddenly collapse overnight.

Problems usually begin small and grow gradually when they are ignored.

Strong schools are not schools without problems.

Strong schools are schools that identify problems early and handle them wisely.

📌 One important responsibility of educational leaders is this: Never pretend problems do not exist.

The earlier problems are addressed:
✅ The easier they are to solve
✅ The less damage they cause
✅ The healthier the school becomes

💬 LET’S DISCUSS:

What do you think is the biggest challenge schools are facing today?

Staff management?

Student discipline?

Parent issues?

Finances?

Leadership problems?

Teacher motivation?

Something else?
