I didn’t just become a teacher because I wanted a profession…
I became a teacher because I saw a gap that needed to be filled.

There was a time I realized that many students were not failing because they were not intelligent…
They were failing because they were not properly guided.

I saw confusion where there should have been clarity.
I saw fear where there should have been confidence.
I saw potential… buried under poor teaching and lack of attention.

And something in me refused to ignore it.

I remember moments when a student would say,
“Sir, I finally understand this!”

That moment…
That spark in their eyes…
That confidence that comes alive…

That is my WHY. 🌱

I teach because I want students to believe in themselves again.
I teach because I want to turn confusion into clarity.
I teach because I want to raise thinkers, not just exam writers.

Every day, I’m reminded that one explanation can change a life.
